Job Description
Scion is seeking a driven and curious Investments Intern to support our Investments team as we continue to grow the nation’s highest-quality student housing portfolio.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with interest in financial modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to work full-time for the full 10-week term of the program, beginning June 9, 2025.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required.
