Job Description
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Scion Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our properties, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring the safety and functionality of our buildings and equipment.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma
- 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience
- HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs.
