Scion is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join their team in student living. The role involves responding to maintenance and repair service requests, carrying out preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring safety and functionality of the property's buildings and equipment. The ideal candidate is an experienced technician with superior problem-solving skills and technical abilities.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma
- 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience
- HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs.
