Job Description
The Scion Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to execute maintenance and repair tasks, preventative maintenance, and ensure the safety and functionality of properties. The position involves responding to maintenance requests, completing tasks, and staying on top of supplies. Excellent customer service and teamwork skills are essential.
Requirements
- High school/GED
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work under pressure and with flexible schedules
- Physical stamina (8+ hours standing, lift up to 100 lbs)
- Ability to learn basic computer operations
