Job Description
The Scion Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to execute maintenance and repair service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure the safety and functionality of its properties. This is a solution-oriented role demanding strong customer service and a fast-paced work environment. The position involves maintaining physical property, assisting with repairs, and ensuring adherence to Safety Standards.
Requirements
- High school/GED
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain within six months
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Safety conscious attitude
- Ability to work with pressure of deadlines and emergency schedule
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 100 lbs.
