Job Description
Scion is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain student living spaces, ensuring safety and functionality of buildings and equipment. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and following safety protocols. A fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and responsiveness is required.
Requirements
- High school/GED
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain within six months
- Clear communication skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work with pressure and deadlines
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
