Job Description
Scion is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety and functionality of buildings and equipment at a student living facility. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, preparing apartments for turnovers, and ensuring high customer service. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or intent to obtain within six months
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
