Job Description
Scion is hiring a Facilities Technician II for an integral part of their student living and Facilities operations. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing property buildings and equipment, ensuring safety and functionality while maintaining excellent customer service. This is an experience-driven position requiring problem-solving and follow-through. The position requires responsibility for system monitoring and preventative testing.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma and minimum 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience, or equivalent
- HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II & III)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO), or intention to obtain within 6 months
- Valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated ability to travel occasionally
- Ability to work long hours and lift up to 100 lbs
