Job Description
The Scion Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure the safe and functional operation of its student living facilities. This role involves preventive maintenance, repair, and ensuring service delivery to customers. The position demands a fast-paced, team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma and minimum of 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II & III).
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO), or intention to obtain.
- Valid driver’s license.
