Job Description
The Social Services Case Worker will provide case management for the Newark Area Services social service programs, identifying client needs and connecting them with community resources. This role involves outreach within the community and building a network of support.
Requirements
- Identifying and interacting with case management clients.
- Developing a plan of action utilizing a strengths-based approach.
- Screen and process emergency assistance.
- Completing home visits as needed.
