Job Description
The Recreation Manager will oversee all aspects of The Salvation Army's recreation center, promoting programs and activities for youth, families, and community members. This role involves leading athletic and recreational activities, managing programs, building relationships, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees. The position also requires overseeing security, maintenance, and grant adherence.
Requirements
- Three years experience working with children
- First Aid / CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
