Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a Resident Manager to provide structured therapeutic and supportive activities to pregnant and parenting youth in a transitional housing program. The Resident Manager will maintain the safety and security of the facility and work collaboratively with on-call staff to address crisis situations.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Up to one year of work and/or internship experience working with adolescents or young adults
- Current CPR Certification or ability to obtain CPR certification
- Ability to diffuse crisis situations
- PC Skills, Outlook, Word, Internet navigation
