Manager, Patient Care Services (RPT 0.3 FTE)

The Manager, Patient Care Services (MPCS) provides leadership and administrative support for the team within the delivery of mental health services. This role involves ensuring quality patient care, monitoring staff, managing emergencies, and adhering to hospital policies and standards of practice. Responsibilities include working evenings, nights, and weekends, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety.

Requirements

• Provides administrative and clinical management on evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Responsible for emergencies off hours and deployment of staff.
• Monitors and responds with recommendations to eIMS reports.
• Coaches and mentors employees.
• Ensures a work environment conducive to The Royal’s Anti-Racism, Harassment & Discrimination Free Workplace policy.
