Job Description
PENTA Building Group is seeking experienced Mission Critical Superintendents to join their Phoenix, Arizona team. This role involves managing field operations on complex data center and mission critical projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost adherence. Superintendedors will lead on-site teams, coordinate activities, and facilitate seamless communication between trades.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in a Construction Superintendent role
- 5+ years of experience in mission critical projects
- Strong understanding of MEP systems
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
