Job Description
The PENTA Building Group is seeking passionate Mission Critical General Superintendents to join their Phoenix, AZ team. This role focuses on leading field operations, ensuring safety and quality for high-performance facilities like data centers, and partnering with project management to deliver projects. Superintendents will oversee field execution, safety culture, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in a senior-level management Construction Superintendent role with 10+ years on mission critical projects
- Strong working understanding of MEP systems
- Familiarity with commissioning (Cx) activities, integrated system testing, and turnover processes
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
- OSHA 30 Certification is required
- Proficiency in utilizing programs such as P6, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Build
- Fluency in reading, quantifying, and analyzing construction drawings
- Competent understanding of construction scheduling and sequencing
- Flexibility and eagerness to embrace new technology
