Requirements
- Proven record of forward-looking, proactive, strategic, and innovative leadership
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends locally, nationally, and internationally
- Significant management experience and a track record of successful enrollment management for undergraduate and graduate students
- Advanced capabilities in data analysis and assessment to inform strategy and investments
- Demonstrated success with comprehensive international recruitment and a strong understanding of global policy challenges
- Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues to align enrollment strategies with a comprehensive plan for retention and student success
- Demonstrated ability to be operationally adept, innovative, and strategically minded
- A record of fostering cultures of collegiality and cooperation and building relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
