Job Description
The Program Coordinator for Mentoring and Strategic Initiatives (MSI) will coordinate programming, handle logistical details for several projects and initiatives, and serve as a liaison between the MSI Team and key stakeholders on and off campus.
Requirements
- Experience with mentoring, recruitment, and retention initiatives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience independently and successfully managing multiple projects at once
- Experience learning and managing complex and detailed organizational processes
- Strong administrative, interpersonal, and cultural competencies
