Job Description
We're seeking a Dugout Attendant to assist players and coaches during games at our new ballpark. You'll be responsible for setting up the dugout, ensuring umpires have what they need, and providing an excellent sports experience for our guests.
Requirements
- Attend a minimum of 75% of Bees home games.
- Ability to work well individually and in a team setting.
- Initiative; hard working and positive attitude
- Intermediate knowledge of baseball
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and operate in stressful situations.
- Passion for working within the sports industry.
- Ability to work well with other team members.
- Ability to be welcoming, outgoing, energetic, and display a positive attitude.
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time
