Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, or a related field. Nationally recognized Strength & Conditioning certification. Completion of 2–3 strength and conditioning internships. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working as a strength coach in a high-performance environment

Ability to attend all matches, work evenings and holidays, communicate effectively with the public, and work in a team environment

Must be at least 16 years old, attend 75% of home games, and be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods

20-30 hours/week commitment, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Strong interest in social media and writing skills, experience with Adobe Suite, and ability to commit to 20-30 hours per week

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, ability to work non-traditional hours and weekends

High school degree, valid driver’s license, basic mechanical knowledge, and commitment to safety

10+ years of experience in mixed-use construction management, proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other construction management software

Minimum 2–3 years of coaching experience, USSF B License, strong communication and presentation skills

Previous experience in player care or high-touch client service roles; ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
