Job Description
The Real Monarchs Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach and Club coaching staff in creating a high-performance, player-development–focused environment within the Real Salt Lake player pathway.
Requirements
- USSF B License (or equivalent coaching license recognized by U.S. Soccer)
- Minimum 2–3 years of coaching experience in a professional, semi-professional, academy, or collegiate soccer environment
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver scouting reports, training plans, and player feedback
