Project Manager III - Asset Renewal (LAX)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to support the Asset Renewal Program at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, developing project scope, and working with team members and airport management to develop budgets, schedules, and plans.

Requirements

• 15+ years of project management experience, preferably on airport projects
• Experience managing projects over $50 million in construction value
• Experience with multiple delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build
• Proven ability to perform in a project management/leadership capacity on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or another related technical field (required)
• Master’s degree (preferred)
• Relevant professional licensure and/or certifications strongly preferred (e.g., AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP)
