Sales Engineer (Machinery Solutions)

Sales Engineer will serve customers in Jordan by identifying their machinery and tooling requirements, proposing technical solutions, managing the full sales cycle and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a strong technical background
• Minimum 3+ years of prior experience in Sales / Business Development or a related position in the industrial / machinery sector
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering science and technology
• Proven ability to interpret and communicate moderate to complex technical data
• Superior communication skills (listening, verbal, written) and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to deal with difficult customers effectively
• Demonstrated results in meeting sales quotas or business development goals
• Experience using CRM software to track and analyse sales metrics
