Requirements

• Formulate and execute the company’s long-term financial strategy
• Ensure full compliance with Central Bank of UAE and other applicable insurance regulations
• Oversee preparation of IFRS 17-compliant financial statements
• Lead finance transformation, implementing automation, ERP, and AI-based analytics
