Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the tax preparation field
- Strong knowledge of personal income taxes and tax law
- Management and/or supervisory experience (plus)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) (plus)
- IRS-certified Volunteer Standard of Conduct, Intake and Quality Review Process
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy
- Responsibility, punctuality, and reliability
- Computer knowledge for making appointments and entering surveys
