Temp Intake Coordinator

We are hiring in New York City for an Intake Coordinator position at Single Stop. The Intake Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a calm and positive environment while clients wait to have their taxes prepared.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in the tax preparation field
• Strong knowledge of personal income taxes and tax law
• Management and/or supervisory experience (plus)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• IRS-certified Volunteer Standard of Conduct, Intake and Quality Review Process
