Job Description
The Educational Equality Institute, an NGO dedicated to education and empowerment, is seeking an Onboarding Class Coordinator. This volunteer role focuses on integrating newly enrolled language teachers into the organization, ensuring they feel prepared and supported. The coordinator will collaborate with various teams and maintain accurate records of onboarding and training.
Requirements
- Experience in onboarding, training, or human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to automate processes and streamline workflows
- Experience in a multicultural team is an advantage
