Job Description
The Educational Equality Institute, an NGO based in Norway, is launching a volunteer program to support Ukrainian education, upskilling, and employment through the 'Together for Ukraine' project. The Onboarding Class Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring new language teachers feel confident and ready to provide top-notch education by collaborating with teams and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Experience in onboarding, training, or human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Willingness to automate processes and implement tools.
- Experience in a multicultural team is an advantage.
