RN - Admissions

The Denver Hospice has an immediate opening for an Admissions RN to assist with patient admissions related to explanation of services and HIS admission visits. The RN will assess, provide supportive care, and educate prospective patients and families regarding hospice services.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in hospice and/or palliative care, medical/surgical, public health, oncology, acute care or home health
• Current Colorado RN licensure
• Valid Colorado State driver’s license and auto insurance
• CPR certification
