Job Description
Lamothermic is seeking an experienced CNC Department Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our CNC machining department. This individual will be responsible for managing personnel, production scheduling, equipment, and quality control to ensure precision-machined castings are delivered on time and to spec.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of G-code programming
- Multi-axis CNC mills/lathes and fixturing methods
- Experience machining steel castings
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and shop floor documentation practices
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
