Job Description
Lamothermic is a second-generation, family-run investment casting foundry looking for a hands-on leader to take their CNC operations to the next level. The CNC Department Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the CNC machining department, managing personnel, production scheduling, equipment, and quality control to ensure precision-machined castings are delivered on time and to spec.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of G-code programming, multi-axis CNC mills/lathes, and fixturing methods
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and shop floor documentation practices
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
