Senior Product Manager, Digital Assessment Platform

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the digital assessment platform at College Board. As a strategic and outcome-driven product leader, you will define strategy, guide iterative development, and deliver secure, scalable solutions that advance College Board's digital assessment experience and improve outcomes for students, educators, and institutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or related experience
• Deep understanding of secure, large-scale, and complex systems
• Experience leading greenfield or high-complexity initiatives from discovery to launch
• A proven ability to define product vision and strategy, deliver complex products, and drive measurable user outcomes
• Skill in translating research and data into prioritized roadmaps and clear success metrics
• Experience with iterative product development and in guiding product managers and cross-functional teams through execution
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, automation, or UX-focused applications of AI
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
