Job Description
Clorox is seeking a night shift manufacturing supervisor with 2-4 years of operational management experience. The role involves leading a team of approximately 30 FTEs, driving safety, quality, and production results, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of operational management or production supervisory experience
- Operational technical experience
- Strong people and team building skills
- Team facilitation and consensus building working thru engagement of various levels of the organization
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to World Class Manufacturing, Lean, or 6-Sigma is preferred
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) experience is preferred.
- BS/BA – Technical/Engineering, Operations, or Business or equivalent work experience preferred.
