Job Description
Evernorth is looking for an Application Development Lead Analyst to work on Mainframe Home Delivery Technology organization. The role requires 5+ years of experience with hands-on experience in COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with hands-on experience in COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL
- Strong understanding of SQL, with the ability to write complex queries
- Knowledge of VSAM a plus
- Knowledge of Endevor and JIRA a plus
- Knowledge of agile Software Development Life Cycle methodology
- Prior industry experience (Pharmacy, Healthcare, etc.) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical teams
