Application Development Lead Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

Develop software solutions for Evernorth's Technology Portfolio Performance teams, focusing on optimizing technology operations and enabling change through the use of latest technologies and development techniques.

Requirements

• Design, develop, test and maintain complex software solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Develop engineering solutions in alignment with the Technology strategy and meeting application's requirements as well as industry standard best practices.
• Maximize the efficiency (operational, performance, and cost) of the application assets.
• Sizes User Stories based on time / difficulty to complete.
• Provides input on specific challenges facing User Stories.
• Discuss risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Determine if User Stories meet the Definition of Ready
• Selects User Stories to be completed in the Iteration, based on User Story priority and team capacity and velocity.
• Participate in the daily stand up.
• Bring innovative solutions to the team
• Be a good team player and actively participate in the team ceremonies
