Primary Care Physician needed to provide comprehensive care to medically underserved individuals in our community. Opportunities to practice addiction medicine, infectious disease, and sexual and reproductive health services.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Ohio
• Unrestricted DEA Registration
• BLS Certification
