Job Description
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive medical care to adults of all ages (and children, if family medicine trained) in an integrated care team serving medically underserved individuals in our community.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with valid Ohio license
- Current, full, active, unrestricted license as Adult Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner
- Current certification from the American Nurses Association or nationally recognized certifying body
- Ability to obtain valid DEA license
- Primary Care Experience strongly preferred
