Job Description
A Brydon portfolio company in the edtech software space is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to support their leadership team. This role involves broad visibility across the organization, driving strategic growth initiatives, fostering communication, and serving as a key advisor to the CEO. The role offers significant exposure and the opportunity to drive impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in consulting and/or a PE or VC-backed high growth software company
- Experience with product development (building and launching new products/services), optimizing CRM and related tooling, and digital marketing
- Passion for education innovation / ed tech
- Proven ability to adapt to various levels of responsibilities with ability to quickly pivot from executive leadership to tactical partnership and support of different business functions / front line staff
- Strong management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA preferred, but not required
