Brydon is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to support their CEO and lead strategic initiatives. The role involves fostering strategic vision, facilitating communication, supporting operational effectiveness, and driving key projects with a focus on performance and growth. This is a high-impact leadership position within a fast-paced edtech software environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting and/or a PE or VC-backed high growth software company
- Experience with product development and digital marketing
- Strong management skills with ability to lead multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA preferred
