Job Description
The Chief of Staff will support the CEO in executing the company's strategic vision, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of high performance. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in consulting and/or a PE or VC-backed high growth software company, with a passion for education innovation and ed tech.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in consulting and/or a PE or VC-backed high growth software company
- Experience with product development (building and launching new products / services), optimizing CRM and related tooling, and digital marketing
- Passion for education innovation / ed tech
- Proven ability to adapt to various levels of responsibilities with ability to quickly pivot from executive leadership to tactical partnership and support of different business functions / front line staff
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously across different vertical teams (e.g. experience in consulting or investment banking)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating strategic conversations into actionable plans
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to evolving priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA preferred but not required
