Job Description
Bradford Group is seeking a Financial Analyst II to manage workday adaptive database administration, a key tool for budget preparation, forecasting, and reporting. This role involves data analysis, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and preparing reports. It requires collaboration with business functions and proactive problem-solving. The company is a leader in new product development for jewelry, apparel, and other products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- Experience with HFM, Essbase, or Workday Adaptive Insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP/SAP system implementation a plus
