Financial Analyst II

As a Financial Analyst II, you’ll own key parts of our financial planning and reporting cycle—driving budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis with minimal oversight. You’ll deepen your expertise in our tools and models, lead monthly MD&A discussions, and turn data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–6 years of progressive financial analysis experience (ideally in a high-growth or entrepreneurial setting).
• Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of accrual accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Expert-level Excel (lookups, pivots, complex formulas, etc).
• Proven experience with financial and operational ERPs.
• Strong verbal and written communication—able to present findings to senior leaders.
