Hitachi Rail is seeking a Responsable des opérations industrielles / Manager, Industrial Operations to manage a highly skilled team of electrical/electronic engineers and industrial engineers responsible for test system designs, component engineering, ECO design, and industrial engineering. The role involves optimizing work demand and capacity, managing team growth, and addressing labor forecast challenges, while building a “one team spirit” culture within the Urban Rail Signaling domain.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in the electronics industry
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a closely related field
- Strong knowledge of component engineering, lifecycle, and ECO design principles
- Familiarity with global environmental regulations related to the electronics industry
- 5+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Experience with test development software tools such as LabView and TestStand
- Proficiency with PLM and MRP tools and processes
- Strong knowledge of hardware engineering development processes and tools
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complex situations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience interfacing directly with customer leadership and project leadership teams
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service experience
- Ability to work effectively in team environments
