Gestionnaire de contrats commerciaux / Contract Manager

Hitachi Rail is a global leader in the railway industry. We are seeking a Contract Manager to support our business in bids and project contract management for the Signalling and Rail Solutions Line of Business in the Americas region. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in contract and commercial roles within the railway, infrastructure, or construction industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field
• Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil; OR in Construction Management; OR in Quantity Surveying (preferably RICS qualified)
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent written skills in both languages
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract and commercial roles within the railway, infrastructure, or construction industries
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing medium to large-scale design/build or EPC projects
