The Account Executive is responsible for providing support to existing clients, delivering customer service, and consultancy. They will represent client needs and goals internally and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Advanced level of French
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 2-5 years of experience in account management and/or consultative sales for high-end enterprise-level clients
- High level of relationship building with clients
- Confident in cross-selling and up-selling across the client-company
- Interest in the fashion and luxury sector
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Results-driven and ambitious with strong resilience
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of project management tools
