Youth Lead Pickleball Coach

TGA Premier Sports is seeking a dedicated Youth Lead Pickleball Coach to oversee their youth programs. The role involves leading the development of engaging activities, recruiting and training coaches, and ensuring a positive and enriching experience for participants. You will be responsible for mentorship, event coordination, and community outreach.

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience, especially with youth sports
• Strong understanding of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
• Certification as a pickleball instructor (CPT) is a plus
