Youth Lead Pickleball Coach

TGA Premier Sports is seeking a dedicated Youth Lead Pickleball Coach to oversee youth programs. The role involves developing and implementing engaging activities, recruiting and training coaches, and promoting pickleball within the community. This is a part-time position focusing on supporting the development of young athletes.

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience, especially with youth sports
• Strong understanding of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
• Certification as a pickleball instructor (CPT) is a plus
