Manager of Emergency Room RN

We are seeking a dynamic Emergency Room Nurse Manager to lead a high-volume Level II Trauma Center in Independence, MO. This department manages 64 beds, 63,000+ patients annually, and treats a high-acuity mix. The ER Manager will oversee paramedics, secretaries, and techs, ensuring smooth operations, clinical excellence, and a culture of teamwork.

Requirements

• Current RN license (Missouri or Compact).
• Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care Emergency Department experience as a Charge RN.
• Strong leadership and critical decision-making skills.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• ENPC within 1 year of hire.
• TNCC within 1 year of hire.
