Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager for the Emergency Room in Kansas City, MO. This role involves leading a Level I Trauma Center, managing staff, and ensuring quality improvements within a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. The position is hands-on leadership with a focus on patient care, team collaboration, and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Missouri or Compact state.
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care emergency department management experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- ENPC or PALS certification at hire.
- TNCC or ATCN certification within 1 year of hire.
