Job Description
Texas Mutual is seeking a Supervisor of Claims for its Dallas Regional Office. The role involves supervising daily operations, providing guidance to staff, recruiting and retaining employees, and contributing to the development of division goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Supervise and monitor daily operations of claim processing
- Provide guidance to staff regarding claim handling and desired outcomes
- Recruit, retain, coach and mentor employees
- Contribute to the development and implementation of division goals and objectives, policies, standards, procedures and budgets
