Job Description
Texas Mutual is seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Adjuster to conduct claim investigations, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with the Texas Workers' Compensation Act and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least four years of workers' compensation claims adjusting experience, and a current Texas workers' compensation or all lines adjuster license.
Requirements
- Investigate claims and administer benefits in accordance with the Texas Workers' Compensation Act and rules of the Division of Workers' Compensation.
- Manage claims to the best possible conclusion in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service, interpersonal communication, and leadership.
